Casa Delle Rondinelle (House of Swallows) is a very spacious stylishly restored farmhouse, nestling on a quiet hillside with fabulous panoramic views around the stunning Abruzzo countryside. The house is set in its own olive grove and 30 acres of land and and is situated on its own on a very quiet farm track with the nearest house about 200 metres away.
There are 6 bedrooms in total and the house can sleep up to 10-12 guests comfortably and up to 14 guests max.
The stunning 14 metre swimming pool is a particular feature of the property and each night swallows swoop down over the crystal clear water where you can sip a delicious glass of local wine on the terrace.
Just 200 metres along the quiet hillside track lies Agritourismo Colle Paradiso, one of the best local restaurants in the area and run by the wonderful Tonino and Tina. You can eat at their restaurant on the terrace in the breeze, or have fabulous home made food delivered to Rondinelle, as well as buy local products directly. The house olive oil is fabulous.
