Set in a quiet and beautiful valley near Pollença, this charming villa is surrounded by two acres of citrus, olive, fig and pomegranate trees, offering privacy, tranquillity and stunning countryside views.
Just 3km from the historic Old Town and only a short walk from the renowned Can Vidalet vineyard, the house is perfectly placed for exploring northern Mallorca. Palma Airport is served by frequent low-cost flights from the UK and is approximately a 40-minute drive away.
The villa comfortably sleeps six guests and features four attractive, air-conditioned bedrooms. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms, while downstairs there is an additional twin bedroom with access to a shared bathroom and separate WC. Although the house can accommodate up to eight guests, it is ideally suited to six for maximum comfort and space.
The main living area combines modern style with traditional character and includes, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining and seating areas with polished concrete floors, separate air-conditioned study/snug with large windows and doors opening onto the terraces and garden.
Outside, the villa offers two generous terraces — one covered — overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding countryside. The spacious outdoor areas are ideal for relaxing, dining and enjoying the peaceful setting. Guests can also enjoy our swimming pool, BBQ area, table tennis and assorted games. There are beautiful walking and cycling routes nearby.
