A little corner of paradise with a breathtaking view, our beloved villa in Saint Tropez is the perfect sunshine escape for the whole family. Only a short drive from Saint Tropez port and the iconic Pampelonne beach, this three double bedroom family villa with private pool is nestled on Saint Tropez golf course, complete with 24-hour security, communal tennis courts and gym. At the foot of the complex sit the vineyards of Minuty and Bertaud Belieu – the ideal location to sample some of the finest rosé from the region, alongside Saint Tropez’s fantastic Polo Club.

With spectacular views over Gassin and the surrounding hills, the villa sleeps 6 in three ensuite, air-conditioned bedrooms. The villa also has a private pool and landscaped garden, well-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV with SkyHD / Netflix etc, and outdoor table tennis. Set within the private domain of the Golf Club Saint Tropez, the complex benefits from 24-hour gated security, an extensive gym, three clay tennis courts and a fantastic golf course with a pretty club house offering great drink and lunch options.

Alongside the wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés and boutiques in Saint Tropez, the villa is a short drive from the historic hilltop villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle and Grimaud, which offer a variety of restaurants, boulangeries and cultural events throughout the summer season. With art galleries, regional markets, brilliant food and drink, beautiful beaches and plenty of sporting options, this really is a holiday to suit all tastes.

HIGH SEASON RATE (21 June to 6 September) - £7,850 per week inclusive of 11% discount for Noticed members, or £14,750 for two weeks, inclusive of a 16% discount.

MID SEASON RATE (1 April to 21 June and 6 September to 1 November) - £6,000 per week.

LOW SEASON RATE (1 January to 1 April) - £4,000 per week.

The rental includes all towels, linens and a weekly clean. Extra cleans can be organised at an additional cost. Our changeover day is Saturday.

A 50% deposit is due to secure a booking, with the remaining balance payable 3 weeks before the rental commences and a security deposit.
