Every menu is a collaborative process. This is YOUR party! I don't believe in rigidly set menus that you must pick from. Let's have a conversation about what the occasion is, what you like, what's your budget - and together we can draw up a menu that we're both happy with.
I like my food to be vibrant and colourful, and full of bold flavours. Especially as we head into summer, I want to taste the seasons! I want bright, fresh flavours and colours that celebrate the warmer weather and the bounty that comes with it.
