Oom is a lightly sparkling, natural, non-alcoholic functional beverage, packed full of adaptogens, nootropics, and vitamins. You may have heard those terms before, but not quite like this.

My Sister, Ellie, and I created Oom together. We’ve always been strong advocates of natural wellness alternatives, but we were frustrated by the lack of Functional drinks on the market that had great taste as well as all the good stuff! During the pandemic, we started experimenting with functional mushrooms and were amazed by the difference they made.

The upside? We felt mentally sharper, less stressed, and more energetic. The downside? We didn't always have time or want to be taking them in supplement form and struggled to find something easy to grab on the go, that actually had the proper dosage. That’s when the idea for Oom was born: a drink with the extraordinary benefits of functional mushrooms that also taste amazing without any of the unnecessary sweeteners or artificial flavourings.

Our mushrooms are sourced from Finland, boasting a higher concentration (we love that word) of active (we love that word too) compounds. So far, we’ve crafted three drinks with three different mushrooms. Lion’s Mane for mental focus, Reishi to promote calmness, and Chaga to enhance your natural immunity.
