We often work with clients who take on houses which have been neglected for decades. We ensure that first and foremost it is safe for our client and their family to live in, and then we create comfortable surroundings whilst they decide what they are going to do with their home. These services include the installation of security, an overhaul of the existing heating and electrical systems, the removal of any asbestos, roof works, garden, and grounds maintenance, until such time as they wish to bring their masterplan to fruition.
