Perched on a remote hillside, it is a 5 minute drive to Grimaud Village, 10 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to St Tropez (traffic dependent). Grimaud is a very pretty 12th century medieval village with plenty of restaurants, a lovely wine bar and a famous patisserie.

It is a haven of seclusion with landscaped gardens and expansive views from the house and large pool. The sprawling terrace offers outdoor dining, a BBQ (Weber and Green Egg) area, boules pitch and table tennis. The property has 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin and a bunk room for 4 children, all with ensuite bathrooms.

The house is low-key, charming and comfortable with newly installed high-speed Internet and A/C throughout. A well-loved family home that is magical. The rooms are charming, with white washed walls and linen curtains throughout. The owner has installed a brand-new kitchen and the beds are very comfortable with top-grade linen.

There are beautiful walks in close proximity through rock pools and ancient pathways up to the village.

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:
- HIGH SEASON (June, July, August) - €7,000 per week
- LOW SEASON (May and September) - €5,750 per week

Throughout the rest of the year, rates can be discussed and we can discuss special prices for longer rentals in and out of season!

PLEASE NOTE:
(1) The villa is currently booked from 30th June to the 19th August and May half-term.
(2) These prices are extremely reasonable as we are looking for repeat tenants who would want to return to this special place year after year… using it as their home from home!
