Moringa was completed in 2015 and is very comfortable and fully equipped. The house faces south 600' above Friendship Bay with stunning uninterrupted 180 degree views over Battowia and Baliceaux, Mustique, Isle a Quatre and the Grenadine chain down to Grenada on a clear day.
The house has been carefully planned and finished to a high standard with great style, attention to detail and comfort. The property sleeps up to 10 and is on only two levels. The main accommodation is on one level with 3 double bedroom suites each with shower room, dressing area with child’s bed, a large living/dining room, kitchen, cloakroom, utility, media room, pool area with loo, outside shower, kitchenette, seating and dining area, extensive terraces.
Below there are 2 additional bedroom suites and an enormous games room/sitting/dining/kitchen/bar which makes for very easy living for up to 10 guests. Fun outside seating area with great mural. The lower floor has equally spectacular views. There is a 34' infinity pool with a sitting and dining area surrounded by a lush garden.
