DESCRIPTION:
This stunning 6-bedroom house, sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms and is a relaxed family orientated home. Being right on the coastal path between Polzeath and Daymer Bay, it offers breathtaking, panoramic, sea views overlooking the Camel Estuary & Polzeath Beach.
Beaching, coastal walks, surfing, swimming, kitesurfing, and golf are all within the neighbourhood. The mature garden, a garage with a ping pong table, and ample parking for 4-6 cars, making our home ideal for a cosy family holiday.
GROUND FLOOR:
The 2 receptions rooms are large, carpeted, light-filled spaces with dual-aspect windows offering, uninterrupted, panoramic sea views. The dining room has a dedicated office desk, providing WFH facilities, as well as space for yoga, meditation or a quiet retreat within the house.
St Elmo offers 2 x kitchens. The main kitchen is equipped with a 4 door, electric AGA, a fridge/freezer and a spacious dining area. The other kitchen provides an electric hob, oven, microwave, and another large fridge/freezer, thus providing extra cooking & fridge/freezer facilities.
The principal bedroom, with a super-king bed, on the ground floor, has an ensuite bathroom/shower. It offers stunning sea views through the large patio doors giving direct access to the patio.
There are 2 extra single WC's downstairs.
UPSTAIRS:
The first floor bedrooms all offer sea views. Two bedrooms have double aspect windows. All the rooms have super-king beds. One bedroom can be changed into 2 x single beds upon request. One bedroom has an ensuite with a separate bath and a shower. There is also an additional family bathroom and another single WC.
OUTSIDE:
There is a large patio equipped with barbecue facilities, perfect for outdoor dining while enjoying the beautiful North Cornish sunsets. A natural garden, creating unique privacy, leads directly to the coastal path through the gate at the bottom of the garden, providing easy access to local beaches and walking trails.
There is a garage, housing a ping-pong table and a rail to hang wetsuits and beach kit and the entire house and private garden with direct access to the coastal path through the gate at the bottom of the garden.
Other things to note:
Five bedrooms have SUPER-KING beds. One super king can be converted into 2 x singles. Please let us know if this room needs to be either a super king bed or 2 x singles. The 6th bedroom has 2 x singles.
