Of course, this is Greece, and life here flows at its own gentle pace. The internet might occasionally take a short siesta, the hot water may take a few moments to arrive, and a wandering goat might make a brief appearance on the driveway. But these quirks only add to the charm. What we can promise without hesitation are breathtaking views and sunrises, tranquil spaces where you and your family can truly unwind, and a warm, discreet housekeeping team dedicated to making your stay effortless.
With its joyful, free-spirited energy, Villa Tal Hamsa is a quintessential “Mamma Mia” party villa, and an extraordinary base for your adventures across Zakynthos and beyond.
We have 7 bedrooms (with the ability to configure each as doubles or twins) plus 5 bathrooms, a brand new kitchen for 2025 with a double oven and microwave and large family fridge, a separate drinks fridge and 2x dishwashers.
Outside there is a shaded seating area for 14 people next to the large barbecue and looking over the large family sized pool, a separate seating area for 14, numerous different areas to relax, an outside loo, a ping pong table under the shade of one of the villa's olive trees and sunbeds for all the guests.
We have wakeboards, a padel boards and an inflatable kayak for your use, and we are likely (although no guarantees) to add a tennis court and padel court for 2026, the first privately owned villa on the island to do so.
