It sits in an elevated position with views to the Massif des Maures and is surrounded by over an acre, of gardens and olive terraces.
Centrally located for all destinations in the Var whether you're a culture vulture, a foody, a wine drinker, a fitness fanatic; whether you want to lie by the pool, wild-water swim, walk, run, cycle, ride, sail, play golf, wine-taste, eat out, experience galleries, architecture, festivals, markets, exhibitions; whether you want to head for the beach or the hills... it's all within easy reach.
A large saltwater pool. Infinity-side with Roman steps and diving board; sun loungers with foam mattresses and cotton throws; balconies, terraces, sail shade, alcoves, electric awning, shady belvedere with swing seat; boules court; electric plancha, outdoor tables, chairs, benches and sofas.
Open plan kitchen dining room. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer incorporating an ice dispenser and a separate drinks fridge. Outside the dining room alcove there is a large extendable electric awning.
Open plan salon. Comfy sofas and chairs with open fireplace. Multi-channel smart TV with hundreds of channels. Underfloor heating and a large open fire make the house perfect for any time of year.
One master double and three twin bedrooms (all air conditioned) with cotton bedlinen and bath sheets for indoors and outdoors. Two ensuite bathrooms and another shared, each with baths, bidets and showers. Two additional loos, five in total. Cots and Z-beds available for babies and children.
