Located almost exactly midway between Nice and Marseille, and just over an hour drive from either airport or Toulon Hyeres if you prefer. Close to Lorgues and centrally located for all destinations in the Var.

One double and three twin bedrooms (all air conditioned and one twin being made zip & link super king size double), giving the house the potential to be 2 twins and 2 doubles or 3 twins and 1 double. Two ensuite bathrooms and another shared. Two separate WCs, five in all. Open plan sitting room and dining room/kitchen. Comfy sofas and chairs with open fireplace. Smart TV. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer incorporating an ice dispenser. A separate drinks fridge. Underfloor heating and a large open fire make the house perfect for any time of year.

A fabulous saltwater infinity-sided pool with Roman steps, diving board and outside shower; sun loungers with foam mattresses and Provencal cotton throws; balconies, terraces, electric awning, sails and shady belvedere with swing seat; boules court; Plancha BBQ, outdoor tables, chairs, benches and sofas; all set in 5,000 sq m, over an acre, of gardens and olive terraces.

- Low Season (4.1.26 to 3.5.26 and 11.10.26 to 20.12.26) - £3,000 per week.
- Mid Season (3.5.26 to 28.6.26, 13.9.26 to 11.10.26 and Christmas New Year and Easter) - £3,500 per week
- High Season (28.6.26 to 26.7.26 and 30.8.26 to 13.9.26) - £4,500 per week
- Peak Season (26.7.26 to 30.8.26) - £4,900 per week
