Headspace
There are a lot of unknowns in the world right now. But one thing is certain — Headspace is there for you. These are part of a larger collection in the Headspace app — free for everyone — called Weathering the storm. It includes meditations, sleep, and movement exercises to help you out, however you’re feeling. It’s their small way of helping you find some space and kindness for yourself and those around you.

No, you don’t have to own the all singing and all dancing bike to use the Peloton app. Currently, they are offering its library of classes, including boot camps, running, and yoga, free of charge for 90 days to new users. (After that, it’s $12.99/month.) Like Aaptiv, Peloton offers a series of courses or lets you choose as you go. The app also tracks your progress and gives you “badges” as you unlock achievements.
