Assisted Living – 1-Bed purpose built assisted living flat in Basingstoke
The flat is located a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Basingstoke Town Centre, but is also close to Memorial Park with the walks and activities that are available there.
It has one double bedroom, living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with both a bath and walk in shower. The benefit of this flat is that it has access onto the communal garden with it's own patio area, we waited several months when purchasing this flat as the patio and direct access to the garden were critical.
There is a dining room open every day for lunch and afternoon tea can also be provided. There is a club lounge where residents can meet up and many activities on site for those who wish to take part.
It offers complete privacy in your own spacious apartment, but with a friendly community outside your front door. There’s a manager on-site 24/7 and any extra support can be provided as required, basically it is tailored to the individual and can be increased or reduced due to temporary or permanent changes in circumstances.
There is a guest suite available for family or friends who wish to visit.
