Set in the heart of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, only 10 kms from the coast, this modern, spacious, light-filled villa is perfect for family holidays, or ideal for a group of friends. Sleeps 10.
INTERNAL ACCOMODATION
* Five double / twin bedrooms, three of which ensuite; additional spacious shower room and separate cloakroom.
* Very large open-plan living, dining, kitchen. WIFI throughout the house, wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room (cable channels and streaming services).
* Selection of board games and books.
* The kitchen features a cooking island with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, large American-style fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster and small appliances.
* For winter, there is a wood-burning stove in the main living area and central heating in every room.
OUTSIDE
* Extensive fenced grassed grounds, fruit trees and a large gated pool (so safe for children), which has sun all day.
* One of the five sets of French doors leads from the indoor living space to a covered outdoor living area, with BBQ, dining tables and chairs and big comfy sofas.
LOCATION
* Faro airport: 115 kms, Lisbon airport: 210 kms.
* The property is between Odemira and São Teotónio, near a small, quiet village.
* Good supermarkets 10 - 15 minutes’ drive away, as well as a small but excellent butcher / fishmonger / fruit and veg market.
* There is a variety of restaurants in Odemira, Zambujeira do Mar and environs.
BEACHES & WALKING
* There are many beautiful beaches to choose from!
* The nearest is 15 minutes’ drive, at Zambujeira.
* There is also easy access to several points on the Rota Vicentina coastal path.
I can promise it is a super spot and an excellent and very comfortable house, whether for a family or a group of friends.

* Housekeeping / linens change / pool towel change weekly (can be booked for extra days, additional fee applies)
