I’m Harriet, a certified infant sleep consultant and mum to 3 gloriously chaotic boys, working with children from 5 months to 5 years old.
I know as well as anyone the reality of a busy home with young children. If your little ones aren’t sleeping well, it’s hard for anyone to get the rest they need to really enjoy life (these really are the good days!).
I use a supportive, gentle approach tailored to every family’s unique situation to help your children learn the skills they need to sleep through the night. And if you’ve already got a full set, I specialise in helping larger families build a routine that works for everyone. It really is life-changing for the whole family.
There are so many different reasons that families decide to get help with their children’s sleep. For some it’s breaking through those hazy, sleep-deprived early days of parenthood. For others it is wanting some semblance of normality back into your family life before returning to work, making a big life change, house move or new school, or booking that big holiday so you desperately need and want to enjoy.
Or maybe it’s just getting the whole routine sorted for everyone so that you can finally leave the children with a babysitter or at their grandparent’s house for the weekend, guilt-free.
