THE VILLA:
The villa sleeps up to 20 and is the ideal venue for large cross generational families or for 3 or 4 families with children. It is also a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion. All bedrooms are beautifully designed, encompassing a wonderful mix of carefully selected local antiques alongside a delightful sprinkling of imported French and British pieces (such as the Chesterfield, the Odd Rocker and the Norfolk pew).

This purposeful new/old design is complemented by our modern kitchen and state of the art appliances and completed by the spectacular artwork.

OUTSIDE:
Nestled in a quiet, luscious enclave next to the River Manol, we have our own little paradise. 20 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to the Pyrenees. Outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, 5 a side football, croquet, fully equipped gym, home cinema, Argentine style barbecue and outdoor kitchen and summer dining area, spa/massage room, extensive gardens, heli-pad, wine cellar and children’s play area.

Daily housekeeping, cleaning and some cooking are included and many additional services can be added. Huge range of activities nearby including riding, polo, cycling, sailing, boating, padel, kitesurfing and golf. We also now have an option of an in-house chef for lunch and/or dinners on a per day basis as well as wine tours (either at one of the local vineyards or in our very own wine cellar).

ACTIVITIES:
We can also help to add a whole range of other activities to your wish list. Mountain and road biking is hugely popular in the area and electric bikes can be organised to allow mixed group touring. We are also close to some of the best restaurants in Spain and have our very 'Foodies guide' for navigating your way round these. We like to help guests pre-plan the holiday to make sure it is the very best experience imaginable. Wheelchair access is possible in The Cottage but not in the main house.

PRICES:
Standard prices (based on a party of 12) range from €4,500 per week (low season) to €12,200 per week (high season). Mas Moli Petit is hugely popular and usually needs to be booked well in advance. However we have had a recent cancellation for 2 weeks in August which we are now offering at a very substantial discount:

- w/c 10 August: €8.000
- w/c 17 August: €8.000

The October half term week is also available for €7.000.

The above prices assume a party of up to 12 but as we can actually accommodate up to 20, the price increases slightly for additional guests.

We are also be happy to offer the chance to book holidays in 2025 at 2024 prices for any bookings made before our annual price setting at the end of September. Given that the villa has been almost fully booked for 2024, it is likely that we will need to put up prices a little for 2025.
