Step into Hoots and enjoy the charming decking overlooking ancient woodland. Or brew a hot drink in our rustic kitchen and snuggle up by the roaring wood-burner - fabulous in all seasons (Sleeps up to 4)
After a busy day of exploring the local area (many National Trust Properties and beautiful gardens to visit) you might like to play a game of tennis or enjoy a sauna. Our charming wood-fired barrel sauna is about 100m from each treehouse - with a view of a pond. Delightful in all seasons & available to all.

Our nearest village is beautiful Mayfield, (just over an hours walk away (or 10 mins in the car), where you will find the award winning "Middle House" - a fabulous pub with delicious food.
