Luxury Kalkan villa – Sleeps 12

Villa Beyli Han sleeps 12, was built in 2005 and is situated in Kalamar Bay just around the headland from Kalkan. It's a 5-minute walk from the villa to the sea and the popular Kalamar Beach Club, a blue-flag beach with sailing, scuba-diving, water-skiing and a friendly restaurant with beautiful views.

Villa Beyli Han is built from local marble and stone. The large well-equipped kitchen is open-plan style, with French windows onto the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean. The sitting room has large French windows, opening onto a terrace with a built in local stone BBQ, pool, table tennis table and 6 comfortable sun loungers. Built by the Bailey Family, the villa was designed with family holidays in mind.

The villa has a very spacious, open-plan living area with a pool overlooking Kalamar Bay. The bedrooms all have air conditioning. There is a cooling marble flooring throughout.

On the first floor: a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room both these rooms have the AMAZING sea views. Two further twin bedded rooms both with ensuite shower rooms. On the top floor there is one double bed and one twin room sharing a shower room. Both these bedrooms have private terraces one with an outside shower

The historic town of Kalkan is an enchanting place and one of the most beautiful locations along Turkey's gorgeous Lycian Coast. With the absence of mass tourism, Kalkan remains a charming and unspoiled haven of lush nature, brilliant blue crystal-clear sea, historic architecture, ancient history and warm traditional Turkish hospitality.
