Ripertoli is an ancient farmhouse in its own 40-acre estate in the Chianti hills. Fully modernised and air conditioned, with a large heated pool and gardens leading down to our own olive groves, the views are spectacular.
With its additional 2 cottages we can accommodate big family reunions or an intimate party. Our wonderful housekeeper and chef will welcome you. It’s no wonder that most of our guests are return clients.

MAIN HOUSE - sleeps a maximum of 9 people in 4 bedrooms. The accommodation consists of:
* Very large kitchen/dining room.
* 3 double bedrooms plus Tower Room for up to 3 people, with 1 double and 2 single beds. The Terrace Bedroom has its own entrance and is effectively a separate suite.
* Guest cloakroom next to the kitchen/dining room.
* Salotto (drawing-room) with Satellite TV, DVD player, library, hi-fi, Bose portable i-Pod docking station, HP laser-jet printer, and a Yamaha Clavinova professional electric piano.
* Utility room with 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, additional large fridge, additional dishwasher, ironing machine and ice making machine.
MIDDLE CAPANNA - sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The accommodation consists of:
* 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite shower bathroom.
* Kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, fridge, gas hob and oven.
* Salotto with TV, DVD player, VHS video, and stereo system.
* Central heating and Air Conditioning.
AIA CAPANNA - sleeps a maximum of 4 people and the accommodation consists of:
* 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms (either can be arranged as 1 double or 2 singles), each with an ensuite modern shower bathroom.
* Sun-room facing the old threshing floor.
* Games room with Table Tennis, TV , DVD player, VHS video, and stereo system.
