Beautiful Spanish Finca, sleeping 10, near the historic old town of Javea

Ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, Finca de Valls is a haven of seclusion with 6 acres of gardens, including olive, orange, lemon and lime groves, a 10m swimming pool, tennis court, pool table and views across the Valencian countryside.

All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning and can be configured as doubles or twins. Excellent WiFi, a well equipped kitchen, BBQ and various outdoor terraces offering al fresco dining and living.

There are two wonderful terraces for al fresco dining, the house has a large farmhouse kitchen complete with 5 hob range oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and two fridges. An inner hall on the ground floor level leads to the downstairs master bedroom with beautiful antique beds and an ensuite bathroom. On the other side of this corridor are two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a large walk in shower.

We have a games room complete with an old pool table and sofas set around a traditional fireplace, in which you can relax in the cool of the house. A staircase leads off the front sitting room and upstairs are two further bedrooms which share a large bathroom that opens onto a roof terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding countryside. There is also a smaller twin/double bedroom upstairs with views over the olive grove.

The large 10m swimming pool has ten new teak sun-loungers and a path leads down to the tennis court overlooking the orange grove.

Although in the heart of the untamed Valenican countryside, Finca de Valls is close to the historic thriving town of Javea which boasts famous churches, cobbled streets and plazas, buzzing with local life. A few miles further on is Javea Port with its many beach front restaurants, swimming and boating and all that the glamorous Spanish town has to offer.

The Finca is nestled at the foot of the vast protected region of Montgo National Park with its stunning trails and forests, ideal for hikes, walks and trekking. It is also within easy striking distance of the beautiful Portixell peninsula with its cliff top walking trails and beautiful award winning coves and beaches.
