Sourced from the world famous Test and Itchen Rivers in Hampshire, ChalkStream trout are slow-grown in farms built on fast-flowing, pure chalk stream water. This accounts for their exceptional clean taste and their popularity with chefs and food lovers alike.
Since the establishment of ChalkStream in 2014, English trout has seen a complete revival in sales and is currently firmly established on the British menu again.
