Razzett Pepprina is a beautiful, converted 400 year old farmhouse in the village of Xaghra on Gozo, just off the coast of Malta. It has original features:high arched ceilings, exposed wooden beams & original rubble walls. This is a house restored and furnished as a home rather than an investment property and the difference shows.

Set in a quiet alley, just a 5 minute stroll from the bustling village square with it's bars & restaurants, the farmhouse is on 3 levels and is exceptionally spacious. It is furnished with Maltese antiques, art and quality furniture and has ultrafast fibre WiFi.

The kitchen is very well equipped with quality cookware, limestone worktops, Smeg appliances including range cooker and dishwasher and a large wooden farmhouse table which seats 8. This leads to a living room with comfortable Italian sofas and open fire, and a bookcase with plenty to read including maps/books about Gozo and Malta.

There is a TV with large range of UK and foreign channels including BBC/ITV, Films, Sport and TV Series. The living room has vast arched french doors which open on to the south facing terrace with a private swimming pool and barbeque and offers all day sun.

There are 3 large bedrooms for guest use. All bedrooms have balconies, ensuite bathrooms & restored wrought iron antique beds. Via a spiral staircase, the top floor bedroom is very private and has 2 large roof terraces with panoramic views.
