My name is Angus Gibson. I am a qualified mental health coach working with the highly effective Thrive Programme®. The programme I coach lasts six weeks, either face to face or over Zoom, the course (not therapy) is based on proven evidence-based psychology.
I work with teenagers and young adults, to overcome anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, phobias, eating issues, or those struggling with a change in their lives that is impacting on their mental health.
